About us

Hi, I'm Fabio Santiago, a Brazilian who lives in Quebec, the most beautiful city in the world :)

I'm a software developer passionate about good food, movies and especially the art of preparing a good coffee.

My goal is to share with you the same pleasure that I feel every morning preparing my coffee. A great coffee, freshly roasted and prepared simply as I used to take it in my parents' and grandparents' houses. We roast our coffee beans in small quantities and at the last moment, to ensure the best freshness sensation.

I invite you to taste a medium roast coffee bean, it will bring out the best of all the flavors and nuances.

Each season I will add a new coffee bean in our collection. Each one will be prepared with care and freshness.

FRESHLY ROASTED

The coffee beans is artisanally roasted in Quebec every Monday and Thursday. You will notice this as soon as you open your package and then feel the aroma that comes out of there :) Who roasts the coffees? Us! We are a small-batch artisan coffee roaster in Québec, Canada.

50% shipping discount for your orders. The delivery time to your home is just the time required to give the coffee the chance to release the CO2 still trapped in the bean, following the roasting process. For this reason, the packaging is properly closed, but it will not be sealed.

I'll give you a beautiful metal tin containing a sample of the next coffee bean that we are preparing for you.

PROTECTED

Your grain will be packaged in a thick bag (5 mils) to block out humidity, UV rays, and oxygen, with a valve to vent CO2 to maintain freshness for your coffee during transport, see photos.

INEXPENSIVE

Our coffee bag (12 oz./340g) contains 40 to 50 awesome cups of coffee. All this for about $ 0.40 per cup. It depends on how you prefer your coffee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the Canada and U.S.

When will my order ship out?

We typically ship orders the business day after you purchase. However, if you order on a Friday, please note that we do not ship on weekends. We send an email with tracking information as soon as it is shipped.

Who roasts the coffees?

Us! We are a small-batch artisan coffee roaster in Québec, Canada.

Are the coffees ground?

All our coffee is whole bean. Coffee gets stale 15 minutes after grinding, so we don’t offer ground coffee at all, especially since all our coffee is freshly roasted!
